Fibers from the decorticator gets sprayed by the machine at first, and sent to the dewatering device for removing most of the water. And then the fiber will sent to that polishing section automatically. Being flapped by the high-speed rotating rollers, the impurities on the fiber would be removed. The clean fiber can be collected for next process.

Function:

By traditional technology fiber dewatering and impurity removal is different processes managed by two different machines. Workers collect the fiber from decorticator and sent it into dewaterer, and then impurity removal. This technology is in low efficiency and requires more manpower. Based on this situation, we design and manufacture this fiber dewatering and cleaning machine. When the fiber comes out from the decorticator, it will be sent to this machine for dewatering and cleaning automatically. This fiber dewatering and cleaning machine features the advantages of high efficiency, less manpower, and less construction area.
